If you’re interested in joining our growing team and helping deliver bp’s purpose, why not join our talent community? It’s an easy way to stay connected and hear what’s happening across the business. You’ll also be one of the first to know when roles that match your skills open up across these areas:

Procurement: our procurement teams develop and deliver sourcing strategies, run bidding processes and negotiate purchase contracts. They work closely with stakeholders to choose the right suppliers and support them throughout the relationship  helping us meet our project goals and our procurement and supply chain management targets.

Finance: our finance teams make sure all accounting is accurate and on time  from accounts payable and receivable through to group reporting and monthend close. They also help solve technical issues, support statutory and tax reporting and ensure we follow the right policies and procedures.

They also take care of demand and supply planning, and import and export tasks  all to make the customer experience better. They simplify, standardise and digitalise processes to help the business run smoothly.

People, culture & communication (PC&C): our PC&C teams support a wide range of services.
