The new world of work
Erste Campus is designed as a meeting point and offers plenty of opportunities for spontaneous interaction. Here, our focus is on projects and communication, not the presence at the workdesk. We no longer have traditional offices with fixed workplaces. Working hours are based on trust, meaning that our employees can largely organise their working time as they choose.
Collaboration no longer depends on being in the same place. A state-of-the-art IT infrastructure also enables you to complete your work tasks in your home office or on the way to clients.

Anyone who has children knows that it is not always easy to cope with the daily challenges. We offer parents a range of additional support to help them balance career and family.
We offer a wide range of services: childcare in the summer, subsidies for vacation camps, our own company kindergarten at Erste Campus, financial support, family get-togethers and a family advisory service. We also offer maternity leave to both parents and all registered partners, cohabiting partners and parents of patchwork families.
