**FinOps Analyst - AP** responsible for managing Accounts Payables/Receivables and invoice management using ERP system. Key duties: invoice matching, maintaining 98% accuracy, meeting productivity targets, vendor statement preparation, credits & returns research, payment holds processing, and quality checks. Requires Bachelor's in Accounting, 1+ years AP experience, and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. Preferred: ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Workday) experience, Lean Six Sigma knowledge, financial services industry experience, and strong data analysis skills.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Matching the invoices from the ERP system.
- Maintain Accuracy levels of above 98 %.
- Able to meet the productivity target set.
- Vendor Statement preparation
- Credits and Returns research
- Payment holds research processing &
- Quality check for invoices matched.
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), or experience or equivalent experience in finance roles
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and surface discrepancies

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, or experience interacting with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), or experience or equivalent experience in finance roles
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and surface discrepancies
