**Fund Service Fund Administration Officer** Manage CIB's Fund Administration team, reviewing and authorizing operating procedures for fund accounting, valuation, investment compliance, and report generation. Enhance existing systems, train team members, and handle client inquiries on market regulations. Experience in fund administration, knowledge of relevant regulations, and proficiency in accounting systems are essential.

Role Purpose
To manage the Fund Administration (FA) team to develop and review the operating procedures for fund accounting and valuation, investment compliance monitoring, and report generation to clients (SITEs) and local authorities.Assess existing system and processes to identify system enhancement needs and work with MIS manager to improve efficiency and services.Train and coach the FA team to achieve their goals and objectives for each year. Also responsible for handling customer enquiries on regulations and market practices.
Job Contents
To review and authorize the operating procedures for fund accounting, valuation, investment compliance monitoring, and report generation to clients (SITEs) and local authorities.
Assess existing system and processes to identify system enhancement needs and work with MIS manager to improve efficiency and services.
Allocate work and supervise staff to produce quality work.
Help Manager FA to train and coach the FA team members to achieve their goals and objectives for each year.
Also be responsible for handling customer enquiries on fund administration, regulations and market practices.

Skills Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree, major in business and related areas.
- 具會計師事務所審計工作經驗，產業會計經驗或投信基金會計經驗
- 對金融商品有基本認識及興趣
- 細心、主動、積極、良好溝通能力，能團隊合作及獨立作業
- 具備良好英文聽說讀寫能力
- 具高度抗壓之特質
- GPAD covered worker
License/Qualification Requirement
須於到職6個月內取得信託業務人員證照及投信投顧證照與及金融市場常識與職業道德證照。
