THE ROLE:
THE PERSON:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead system architecture, hardware design, and board-level implementation for server platforms.
- Develop specifications, schematics, BOMs, and design documentation.
- Mentor engineers and oversee work from contractors and external design partners.
- Drive PCB layout, design validation, simulation, and signal/power integrity analysis.
- Lead system bring-up, validation, debugging, and hardware issue resolution.
- Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule while balancing cost, performance, and reliability.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Expertise in analog, digital, and high-speed hardware design.
- Experience with high-speed interfaces including PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, USB, and SAS/SATA.
- Strong knowledge of high-speed PCB design, layout, and signal integrity principles.
- Proven system-level and board-level debugging, validation, and performance analysis skills.
- Understanding of power delivery architectures and server CPU/GPU platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to make technical trade-offs and lead cross-functional engineering efforts.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
