Introduction to the job: As Head of ASML Business Services Germany, you will define and lead a newly established organization with significant strategic and operational impact across Germany. You will shape and implement a future-ready service model, align local execution with global priorities, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. This role combines strategic leadership, organizational transformation, and operational excellence in a highly dynamic and international environment. Role and responsibilities: Lead a large and complex organization consisting of team leads and individual contributors (multi-layer structure; approx. 45–50 employees), ensuring strong leadership, clarity, and accountability across all levels. Define and execute the ABS strategy, including a multi-year roadmap (2–3 years), aligned with ASML’s global objectives. Drive cross-sector and cross-regional improvements on strategic topics, ensuring scalable, standardized, and high-impact solutions across Germany and global interfaces. Lead and drive transformative change across people, processes, and systems, establishing a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and operational excellence. Build and develop a high-performing, process-driven service organization, integrating functions such as HR, Finance, and other support domains. Act as a senior advisor and stakeholder manager, navigating complex interfaces across sectors, regions, and senior leadership levels. Ensure operational excellence, including KPI-driven performance, budget ownership, and reliable service delivery. Education and Experience: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field. Proven senior leadership experience in Operations, Shared Services, or process-driven environments within a global organization. Strong track record in leading large organizations with multiple management layers Experience in HR and Finance is essential to be successful in this role Demonstrated experience in organizational transformation, change leadership, and process optimization. Ability to drive strategic initiatives across functions and regions, with a strong focus on execution. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities combined with hands-on execution mindset. Experience with SAP and KPI-based performance management is a plus. Fluent in German and English, with outstanding communication skills.
