The Texas Instruments Human Resources team is looking for a dynamic HR Manager who can execute a full spectrum of HR deliverables that align with our business' strategic goals. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global, high-performing company, as well as grow your HR expertise. You will be an integral part of TI's HR organization, partnering with business and HR leaders to make sure we have the organizational and people capability to ensure TI and our customers win.

In this role, you will thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment, working with business partners around the world to support the business unit. In this role, you will deliver both strategic and tactical HR support in a global capacity to employees and managers. This includes utilizing strong business acumen to drive organizational initiatives, coaching leaders at all levels of the organization, working with employees, and partnering with specialist functions – such as recruiting, talent development, and compensation – to execute people strategies and processes across the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Education (Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related business field)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience years


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  • Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
  • Possess strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Proven experience influencing opinions and gaining consensus
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Must possess high energy, helpful attitude, be self-motivated, and be able to consistently contribute towards a positive work and team environment
  • Ability to handle ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business acumen to HR strategies and successful HR/people programs
  • Proven track record of driving for results and successfully completing complex projects
  • A track record for navigating ambiguous situations and being able to facilitate change
  • Strong communication skills that engage effectively with individuals, teams and large groups, both in writing and verbally
