Position Overview

Details of the Division and Team:

Loans & Structured Credit is a part of Global Financing & Credit Trading, Asia that covers a wide range of financing transactions for Asia corporate and institutional clients, including private credit and corporate loans, across senior and mezzanine parts of the capital structure.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Partner with coverage teams to originate and evaluate financing opportunities, conduct due diligence, structure transactions, and lead end-to-end execution.

  • Lead the credit underwriting process, including thorough business and financial due diligence, financial modelling, credit memo preparation, and internal credit approval .

  • Collaborate with syndicate and sales teams to develop distribution strategies and execute transactions.

  • Lead client discussions and negotiate transaction structures, terms, and covenant packages.

  • Monitor and manage portfolio loan exposures.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members.

Your skills and experience:

  • Strong credit underwriting and financial modelling capabilities, with deep experience across diverse sectors and complex credit situations.

  • Proven track record in structuring and executing North Asia financing transactions, including structured finance and private credit, across a broad borrower base.

  • Sound commercial judgement and disciplined risk assessment, with the ability to balance origination objectives and risk-adjusted returns.

  • Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Minimum 10 years financing experience
