As part of the Corporate & Investment Bank, our Investment Banking & Capital Markets (“IBCM”) business

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support origination and execution of IB business, with a strong focus in M&A

  • Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics

  • Due diligence of clients and markets

  • Deal documentation and internal approvals

  • Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches

  • Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters

Your skills and experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant M&A advisory and/or Corporate Finance experience

  • Candidate needs to be fluent in English and Korean

  • Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task across clients, projects and geographies

  • Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients

Education/Qualifications:

  • Educated to university degree level with strong numerical ability

  • Excellent communication skills with Fluency in both Korean and English
