Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-level talent search, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment process management to address clients' hiring needs.
  • Analyze client requirements, develop sourcing strategies, utilize multiple channels to identify and assess senior candidates, prepare candidate recommendation reports, and provide career development advice to candidates.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, assist in interview scheduling, salary negotiations, background checks, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Research industry trends, collect talent market intelligence, and build a talent resource pool.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 month internship commitment, available for a minimum of 3 days per week, with potential for full-time conversion.
  • Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in English speaking, listening, reading, and writing; passionate about recruitment.
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills, fast learner.
  • Clear goal orientation and results-driven mindset, highly proactive and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness.
  • Strong teamwork spirit, ability to thrive under pressure, and high sense of responsibility.
