**Lead Recruiter** Streamline emerging talent recruitment (Analyst to Graduate) for GCIO & GCN-China. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Recruiter.

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end emerging talent recruitment for GCIO and Global Capability Network China (Analyst/Associate/Graduate/Intern), delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Run structured role intakes with hiring managers to confirm demand, requirements, assessment approach, timelines and selection criteria.
  • Deliver attraction, sourcing and (where applicable) campus engagement activity in partnership with Attraction/Marketing and sourcing teams, building targeted talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill demand.
  • Design and coordinate selection activity (screening, tests, interviews, assessment centres), ensuring assessors are briefed/trained where required and appropriately representative.
  • Facilitate selection governance (briefings, wash-ups, documentation and compliance) and drive timely stakeholder feedback to reduce candidate drop-off.
  • Manage offers end-to-end (approvals, generation, policy-aligned negotiation and acceptance) and ensure a smooth handover to onboarding/operations, including compliance steps (right-to-work, screening, visa/immigration where applicable).
  • Track and use MI (pipeline health, conversion, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, source effectiveness and YoY trends) to recommend improvements, share best practice globally, and strengthen stakeholder relationships through understanding of technology priorities and skills demand.

Requirements

  • Delivered Emerging Talent hiring campaigns end-to-end, from demand/requirements gathering through offer management and onboarding handover.
  • High-volume early careers recruitment experience (300+ hires) across graduates, interns, analysts and associates within Operations or Technology (Global Capability Centres or equivalent).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing outcomes in a matrix organisation and translating workforce plans into delivery.
  • Effective cross-geo collaborator, comfortable with change and able to drive continuous improvement and transformation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual hiring tools; experienced with ATS/HR systems, maintaining strong data accuracy, approvals/audit trails, and awareness of recruitment risk, controls and relevant employment legislation (plus internship conversion and assessment/calibration where applicable).
