**Legal Counsel for French-speaking Private Banking** Credit-focused counsel required to analyze risks in structured loan transactions. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborate with Credit Officers in underwriting processes, recommendations, and decisions. - Independently analyze credit risks, ensuring consistency with UBS's risk appetite. - Manage autonomous Due Diligence, identifying business drivers, risks, and information gaps. - Conduct financial analysis for prospective transactions, covering various aspects (financial, commercial, legal, tax, environmental & structuring). - Develop Base and Downside financial models, reflecting key drivers and due diligence findings. - Contribute to written credit memos for CRC Senior Management. - Assign risk ratings and loss given default designations, and prepare reporting deliverables. Required: - Proven experience in structured finance/credit analysis. - Strong financial modeling skills. - Fluent French and English. - Senior-level experience in private banking or relevant sector.
