**Manufacturing Group Lead - 1st Shift** | Lead cross-functional teams in high-volume semiconductor equipment manufacturing. **Key Responsibilities**: Implement/execute manufacturing plans, drive productivity/yield improvements, manage team of 15+. **Required Skills & Experience**: Proven leadership in tech manufacturing, strong technical & problem-solving skills, 7+ years' experience, familiarity with ASML equipment, controlled technology access (US Export Regs).
Additional Responsibilities:: There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
