Responsibilities: Execution Performs all relevant technical activities, based on the standard Assembly procedures, guidelines and handbook. Ensures Milestone Progress is met at the end of each shift and drives Milestone Progress across Shifts of and Cabins. Is able to lead own cabin team and is able to represent the own cabin team for technical matters throughout the shift. Is up to speed with technical matters of own and other cabins in same Milestone. Knowledge Keep up with relevant developments in own field of expertise, acquire relevant (new product / process) information, define knowledge gaps in own discipline / team and ensure the development and/or exchange of knowledge among colleagues. Materials / Products Management Request, receive, check and store materials, tools / equipment and/or ASML products, prepare for distribution and ensure distribution to (internal or external) clients. May deal with customers requesting or providing information. Is mindful of checking for quality of materials throughout the build process. Product / Process Initiation Contribute actively to realization of the introduction and integration of new products and/or processes in logistics / production, taking into account test protocols and applicable operations and guidelines. Production Coordination Coordinates and/or executes a variety of manufacturing activities, monitor and/or supervise production activities and if necessary (contribute to) solve technical problems, according to established procedures and guidelines. Works from instructions and handles exceptions on the basis of methods and precedents. Finds solutions and assists manager in prioritization and planning. Environment, Health and Safety Check compliance to procedures and guidelines regarding quality, safety and health across areas and teams not limited within own area / team, register performed checks and submit (defect) reports where necessary and/or take action in order to comply (e.g. PCCSIM). Follow ASML's EHS policies, procedures and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks, and to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others. Improvements and Optimizations Signals and identifies possibilities for process optimization, suggests how to get to better functioning products (taking into account specifications) and/or (production/logistics) processes. ('Improve every day.') Pro-actively identify structural issues on the shopfloor, drive larger (e.g. A3) projects. Takes part in implementation of improvements and optimizations. Data Documentation and Reports Register and administrate information and transactions regarding material, tools / equipment and/or ASML products and provide relevant reports to internal and external parties (e.g. Shift transfer). Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources using standard formats. Detect, report and complete registration of DN's, MN's. Suppport and assistance Provide appropriate support and assistance to less experienced ASML departments, colleagues or local personnel as necessary. Provide information and clarification on existing procedures, processes and precedents.
