**NXE First Line Support Production Engineer - Chuck/SS (CWW Days)** seeks experienced Engineer with **CWW Shift** background. **Key Responsibilities**: Troubleshoot & maintain **Chuck/Slurry System**, ensure **process uptime**, work with **hardware & software tools** (e.g., **ServoPoint, PED**). **Required Skills**: **Proven experience in NXE/EUV environment**, strong problem-solving skills, experienced in **high voltage & currents**. **Must be able to access controlled technology** and **legally authorized** to do so.

Additional Responsibilities:: There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
