NXE Production Engineering Manager: Lead cross-functional teams to optimize semiconductor equipment (ASML NXE:3400/3500), ensuring high uptime and reduced cycle times. Manage day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance, and drive continuous improvement. Must be proficient in CMMS (SAP Plant Maintenance), familiar with high-precision machinery, and have a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field. requiire 7+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role. Mandatory clearance for controlled technology access.
Additional Responsibilities:: There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
