**Operations Officer (Temp) - Authority Requests & Payment Enquiries** Coordinate authority requests and payment inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality support. In this temps role, handle Scandinavian colleague, authority, and stakeholder requests, investigate unusual payments, and move cases forward efficiently. Ideal candidate enjoys ownership, structured operations, and thrives in unusual situations. Experience with case management tools and payment systems is essential. Hybrid work model; Vilnius, Lithuania (3+ office days). Maternal leave cover role with potential extension.

Are you motivated by helping customers, colleagues and authorities receive clear, reliable and timely support on authority requests and payment-related enquiries?

In Authority Requests & Payment Enquiries, we work close to real customer and stakeholder needs by supporting authority-related requests, payment enquiries and operational cases across Danske Bank markets.

You will become part of a team that handles requests from Scandinavian colleagues, authorities and internal stakeholders, supports investigations of unusual payment situations, and helps ensure that cases are moved forward accurately, within agreed deadlines and with a strong focus on quality.

This role is a good match for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working with operational tasks in a structured way, maintaining an overview in unusual situations and contributing to a team culture where we support each other, share knowledge and continuously improve how we deliver.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility through a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office.

*This is a maternity cover with possibility to extend.

You will:

  • Handle authority requests and more complex payment enquiries
  • Deal with requests received from Scandinavian colleagues
  • Take responsibility to maintain high-quality services for our customers
  • Investigate unusual situations related to payments
  • Handle daily communication with our stakeholders
  • Elaborate on process improvement (lean, robotics, automatization)
  • Manage workflow according to established deadlines

About You:

  • 1-2 years of experience in operational, administrative or customer support delivery, preferably within banking or financial services
  • Strong focus on teamwork
  • Focus on high quality and accuracy
  • Customer focus with a “can-do” mindset
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain an overview in unusual situations 
  • Proactive approach to learning, process improvement and knowledge sharing
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1720 EUR to 2580 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
