**Operations Officer - Leasing**: Support Nordic leasing customers (FI, SE, DK) in vehicle & asset financing. We are looking for new colleagues to join our Nordic Asset Finance teams, supporting customers in Finland, Sweden, and Denmark. Based in Vilnius, our teams are responsible for the administration and lifecycle management of leasing agreements that help businesses finance vehicles, equipment, and other assets across the Nordic markets.

This is more than a traditional operations role. You will become part of a supportive international environment where learning never stops, teamwork is highly valued, and every day brings new opportunities to develop your skills.

We are currently expanding three teams led by team Leads We are currently expanding two teams led by Team Leads Eugenija Šapalienė, Kristina Budrė and Živilė Uzielaitė. While the markets we support differ, the work is similar, and we collaborate closely, share knowledge, and help each other do well.

We are especially interested in candidates who are curious, motivated, and ready to learn. Previous financial services or leasing experience is an advantage, but attitude, willingness to develop, and commitment to quality are even more important. We are looking for people who enjoy being proactive, helping teammates, and contributing from day one.

The position is based in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.

You will:

  • Manage administrative tasks related to leasing agreements throughout their lifecycle
  • Process customer requests and documentation while ensuring accuracy and high quality
  • Work with colleagues across Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark in an international environment
  • Learn multiple processes and gradually build expertise in Asset Finance operations
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to simplify and enhance our ways of working
  • Support quality and risk management activities to ensure excellent customer and stakeholder experience
  • Use a variety of banking systems and digital tools to deliver efficient and reliable service
  • Become part of a collaborative team culture where knowledge sharing and continuous learning are encouraged

About you:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, operations, finance, or banking is beneficial but not required
  • Motivated to learn and develop in a professional banking environment
  • Ownership of your work and pay attention to details
  • You enjoy helping others and working together to reach common goals
  • Comfortable learning new processes and adjusting to changing priorities
  • You have a collaborative approach and are willing to contribute wherever the team needs support
  • You value quality and understand the importance of getting things right the first time
  • You have good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

The monthly salary range is from 1520 EUR to 2280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
