**Operations Tax Operations Analyst** supports AQR's tax functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficient processes. Essential skills: strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with tax software (e.g., OneSource, UltraTax), familiarity with accounting standards (ASC 740), and ability to analyze complex data. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience required.
