**Physical Testing Technician**: Drive safety and quality in composite material testing. Manage samples, maintain testing equipment, and collaborate with engineers to achieve optimal results. Job Role Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Fully compliance with all company policies, including safety, control, data integrity, etc.
2.    Responsible for sample management, preparation, testing and experimentation, ensure data accuracy and traceability, appropriate and complex data analysis and interpretation.
3.    Responsible for equipment maintenance, including but not limited to periodical calibration, preventative maintenance, trouble shooting, regular communication with suppliers, etc.
4.    Close collaboration with application development engineers and research scientists to deliver goals; proactively participate in technical projects.
5.    Modify or develop method to target analysis. Analyze samples with developed (non-routine) method
 
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1.    Master's or Bachelor's degree in polymer science, materials science, chemistry, or chemical engineering; Master's degree preferred.
2.    Familiar with the molding processes of thermosetting resins and composite materials.
3.    At least 2 years of hands-on experience in composite molding processes (e.g., polydicyclopentadiene, epoxy resins, polyurethane, unsaturated resins).
4.    Passionate, team-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
5.    Patient, highly adaptable, with strong willingness and ability to learn.
6.    Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
7.    Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
8.    Good interpersonal communication skills.
9.    Able to read and write reports in English and communicate orally in English.
