This position offers an exciting introduction to the Amazon Marketplace and provides a training ground for success. You will primarily be responsible for performing operations related to Abuse Prevention, Enforcement and Appeals. Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management.

Key job responsibilities
1) Proactively gathers, analyzes, and shares data with management to influence business decisions.
2) Manage daily operations as part of BAU
3) Ensures timely response to all escalations.

Basic Qualifications

- 1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
- Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies
