Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and monitor acquisition, import, and export requests.

  • Assist in the development, standardization, and implementation of internal processes.

  • Perform invoice verification, inventory control, and periodic audits.

  • Support equipment depreciation control and movement management.

  • Assist in material handling operations and verification.

  • Communicate with carriers and suppliers for logistics coordination.

  • Support reverse logistics processes for damaged or returned goods (internal and external suppliers);

  • Collaborate in organizing receiving, storage, and shipping areas, ensuring proper service to internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.

  • Knowledge of Excel and English.

  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
