**Repair Technician needed at ASML for EO Technical Solutions (EOT), Vancouver, WA. Dismantle, repair, and return PCB's and integrated sub-assemblies using through-hole and surface-mount rework. Diagnose faults with GND Flying Probe Tester, collaborate cross-functionally to develop repair procedures. Experience with surface-mount soldering and probing tools required. EO Technical Solutions (EOT) is based in Vancouver, Washington and is focused on repair and refurb of a broad portfolio of ASML PAS and XT platform parts. EOT is a small organization that was acquired by ASML in 2023. In addition to parts repair, EOT provides customer training and field support. Working at EOT offers the opportunity to join a small team with significant autonomy, broad responsibilities, and the ability to make a measurable impact. Role and responsibilities: An EO Electronics Repair Technician is responsible for repairing PCB’s and integrated sub-assemblies and support the development of repair and diagnostic procedures. In addition, this role includes working together with various levels of professionals within EOT such as engineering, procurement, and sales. Key responsibilities include: Perform soldering and rework on both through-hole and surface-mount components, following best practices for quality and reliability. Operate an automated GND Flying Probe Tester (electronic board tester) and provide diagnostic feedback to the repair technician. Interpret and follow work instructions, schematics, bills of materials, and repair documentation accurately. Use diagnostic tools and test equipment (such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies) to identify faults and verify repairs. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies at the component and board level, with a strong focus on printed circuit boards (PCBs). Document repair actions, findings, and test results clearly and accurately. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure repairs meet functional and quality standards. Follow established processes, safety guidelines, and ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures. Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues or potential process enhancements. Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment. Education and experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs). Minimum of 2 years of experience following written work instructions, schematics, and repair procedures. Experience in electronics manufacturing, repair, or testing environments is preferred. Demonstrated ability to solder, troubleshoot, and rework both through-hole and surface-mount components. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. ​ Skills: Working at the cutting edge of technology requires continuous learning and collaboration. You will be part of a dynamic environment where you work closely with supportive colleagues, contribute diverse perspectives, and determine the best approach to deliver results. To be successful in this role, the following skills are required: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, coworkers, and customers. Other Information: The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $51,000 - $65,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
