Role Summary

The Research Associate plays a critical role in supporting investment research by partnering closely with a senior analyst. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy deep analytical work, structured research, and contributing to investment decisions through high-quality execution and insight.

This role provides hands-on exposure to the investment research process and close collaboration with experienced investors. This role offers a strong foundation for individuals who wish to build core research and analytical skills and, over time, determine how they would like to apply those skills in their broader career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with a senior analyst to support fundamental investment research across assigned coverage

  • Build, maintain, and update financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses

  • Collect, organize, and synthesize company, industry, and market data

  • Prepare research materials, investment memos, and presentation content

  • Track earnings, news flow, and key developments within coverage universe

  • Support ongoing monitoring of existing holdings and watchlist names

  • Contribute to process improvements, data organization, and research workflows

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial analysis or a related analytical role

  • Strong financial modeling and accounting skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
