**Risk Specialist - Third Party Risk Management** role requires managing vendor risks for Danske Bank in Vilnius. Lead assessments, collaborate with stakeholders, and evaluate operational, cyber, financial crime risks. Your experienced-based insights will support sound business decisions and drive continuous improvement in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Join our Third Party Risk Management team to help Danske Bank safely engage with vendors and partners across the Nordics. You will work at the intersection of risk management and business strategy, ensuring the bank's resilience while supporting informed decision-making. This is your opportunity to influence key business decisions whilst developing your expertise in an evolving risk landscape.

What you will be doing:
As part of our Third Party Risk Management team, you will collaborate with experts across Risk, Compliance, Security, and Technology to manage supplier relationships throughout their lifecycle. Working closely with colleagues in the Nordic countries and Lithuania, you will evaluate complex risks and provide practical recommendations that support business objectives whilst maintaining regulatory compliance.
•    Lead third-party risk assessments across the entire supplier lifecycle
•    Partner with stakeholders to identify and manage vendor risks effectively
•    Evaluate operational, regulatory, information security, and financial crime risks
•    Provide risk-based recommendations that support sound business decisions
•    Contribute to continuous improvement of TPRM frameworks and methodologies
•    Support implementation of regulatory requirements including DORA standards
•    Promote risk awareness and best practices across the organisation

About you:
•    Experience in risk management, procurement, or vendor management
•    Strong stakeholder management skills and relationship-building abilities
•    Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex situations practically
•    Understanding of regulatory requirements for financial institutions
•    Knowledge of information security, operational resilience, or supplier risk management
•    Ability to balance risk, regulatory expectations, and business objectives
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
•    Higher education in risk, business, finance, law, or related field
•    Experience with strategic supplier decisions in financial services would be valuable, along with familiarity with GDPR or outsourcing frameworks.

Monthly salary range from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
