**SAP Mexico Intern - Human Resources Business Partner** drives HR strategies for our Mexico offices. Interns collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs, design recruitment campaigns (Greenhouse), and implement retention initiatives. They analyze workforce data (SAP SuccessFactors) for insight-driven decision making, while contributing to employee engagement activities. This role also involves project management responsibilities, using MS Office Suite. Ideal candidates have a recent HR/Business degree, with proficiency in SAP software and HR processes. This is a 12-month internship, offering a chance to gain experience in our global HR team.

The SAP Mexico Next Gen program is a global-minded, strategic, paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than a graduate program, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

 

Position title: SAP Mexico Intern - Human Resources Business Partner

Location: CDMX, México

Expected Start: October 2026*

Duration: 18 Months

 

To learn and gain experience on the overall function of a corporate Human Resources Department 

 

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

 

Will be sitting next to HRBP Team and learning day to day basic tasks such as: 

 

  • Face to face interaction with employees and managers 
  • Support to HRBP team in processing daily requests: HRBP assignment, Organizational Maintenance,  Data changes
  • Support HRBPs on different HR and organizational projects, creating reports from different sources and data analysis
  • Lead and implement different hr initiatives.
  • Responding frequent asked questions
  • Update information on the Human Capital Management system.
  • Provide HR information to the other areas.
  • Generate reports and analytics.
  • Work closely with colleagues in other teams and other locations in Latin America.

  • Undergraduate students in Business Administration/Psychology/HR Management or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later or to be graduated in 18 months or more).
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Teamwork, Communication and good learning ability, pro-active and focus on results.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Very detail oriented
  • Willing to learn in an extraordinary company and team, with interactions on different LAC colleagues
  • Experience in a corporate environment is desirable 

 

The HRBP intern will be part of the local HR team supporting different projects and initiatives.
