We are seeking an experienced colleague to join our Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Team in Lithuania. As a Senior Business Continuity & Resilience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and implementing Danske Bank Group’s Business Continuity and Operational Resilience programme.

Based in Danske Bank’s Vilnius office, you will join a global team of eight dedicated Operational Resilience and Continuity professionals located in Denmark and Lithuania. We offer extensive technical insights into the bank’s Business Continuity and Resilience programmes, opportunities to lead innovative initiatives, and a platform to make a lasting impact on organisational resilience.

You Will:

• Build relationships and coordinate Business Continuity-related activities with various stakeholders under guidance.
•  Assist in developing and implementing methods to improve Business Continuity services at Danske Bank.
•  Formulate, uphold, and oversee Business Continuity protocols and procedures, ensuring they remain up-to-date and effective.
•  Support the organisation and execution of Business Continuity exercises to improve preparedness and awareness across the organisation.
• Assist business units in reporting and analysing the status of the Business Continuity programme to identify areas for improvement.
•  Address and resolve day-to-day Business Continuity issues, ensuring smooth operational continuity.

About You :

• 3+ years of proven experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are considered a strong asset.

 

We offer:

Monthly salary range from  3440 EUR to 5160  EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
