What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute OKX’s retail growth strategy for Brazil, aligning local priorities with the company’s broader business objectives.
- Build and scale growth initiatives across relevant channels, partnerships, product-led programs, community activations, and local campaigns.
- Lead relationships with influencers and KOLs, from selection and negotiation to campaign execution and performance management.
- Support local PR efforts, working with global internal teams and external agencies to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
- Own the strategy and execution of events, sponsorships, and offline activations that drive awareness, engagement, and user growth.
- Define KPIs, analyze performance, and translate data into actionable insights that drive measurable business results.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, experimentation, personalization, content workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple workstreams, budgets, partners, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
What We Look For In You
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing/Growth in fast paced industry.
- Strong familiarity with AI tools and a practical understanding of how to apply them to analysis, experimentation, personalization, and productivity.
- A highly data-driven and results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to turn insights into measurable growth.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with strong ownership, adaptability, and bias toward action.
- Excellent organization and project-management capabilities.
- A genuine passion for crypto, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
- Flexibility to adapt working hours to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
