**Senior Process Engineer - MRF**: Lead process development for Magnetically Rudolfuced Fusion (MRF) projects. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing process flows, optimizing equipment usage, and conducting experiments. Essential skills are a Master's degree in relevant engineering field, 7+ years' experience in process engineering, familiarity with MRF technology, and strong analytical skills. Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).

Additional Responsibilities:: There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
