**Senior Process Engineer – Optical Fabrication** Engineer manages optical fabrication processes, ensuring high-volume, low-defect production. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing process flows; collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues; and maintaining equipment. Required skills: 8+ years' experience in semiconductor process engineering, proficient in lithography, exposure to high volumes, high voltages, and magnetic fields. Must comply with Export Administration Regulations, and immediate eligibility to access controlled technology is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis, and teamwork essential. Proficient in ASML technology.

Additional Responsibilities:: There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
