Senior Quality Engineer

Description -

We are looking for a strong and influential Senior Quality Engineer to join the Quality team, an area undergoing significant transformation and receiving strong strategic focus.

This role will drive end-to-end quality excellence across the Supplies lifecycle—from development and manufacturing through production assurance to customer delivery performance.

The position requires structured quality execution, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with cross-functional experts. The goal is to enable sustainable improvements, strengthen quality systems, and support scalable business growth in a complex and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic quality initiatives across development, manufacturing, supply, and customer delivery processes.

  • Lead cross-functional quality activities with development, operations, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process stability, risk reduction, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

  • Identify systemic gaps, lead root-cause investigations, and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Ensure quality requirements, methodologies, and standards are fully integrated into product and process lifecycles.

  • Monitor, analyze, and present quality KPIs and operational performance metrics to enable data-driven decisions.

  • Drive proactive risk management methodologies to improve predictability, reliability, and customer experience.

  • Perform and lead quality audits across relevant processes and sites to ensure compliance and system effectiveness.

  • Lead PLC activities, ensuring structured execution and governance.

  • Support the adoption and integration of new technologies, tools, and quality methodologies into operational processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.

  • 7–10 years of experience, preferably in quality assurance, reliability, or a related field.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
