We are looking for a motivated team member to join an experienced Foreign Exchange and Money Market team of 15 employees. As a Service Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for various back-office services, such as data entry, data validation and customer support. 

On a daily basis, your job will be mainly computer-related back-office tasks of simple-to-medium complexity, with some client-facing tasks. 

You will cooperate with other colleague in the night shift between 22 p.m. and 6 a.m. on workdays (Sunday/Monday-Thursday/Friday).

You will:

• Monitor Foreign Exchange (FX) / Continuous Linked Settlement (CLS) transactions
• Approve and enter trades, ensure successful matching
• Regularly communicate with different stakeholders within the bank as well as external parties via phone and email
• Investigate, analyse and solve arising problems
• Maintain and improve quality in daily tasks so that the client receives the best possible service

About you:

• Ability to work during the night is a must
• Great analytical skills, high level of accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to prioritize effectively, make decisions independently in a fast-changing environment without compromising quality
• Interest or experience in FX, money markets, finance and economics
• Customer focus, ability to learn quickly
• Ability to process large volumes of tasks and data
• Upper-intermediate English skills

We offer:

The monthly gross salary for a full-time position is EUR 1600-2400. As this position is offered at 0.3 FTE, the salary will be adjusted proportionally based on the agreed working hours.
