- BS, MS, or PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Electromechanics, or a related discipline.12+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC implementation, with proven success delivering complex designs from synthesis through tapeout.Strong expertise in synthesis, timing constraint development and debug, physical implementation, STA, timing closure, and signoff.Solid experience with implementation quality and signoff flows, including low-power verification, Formality (FM), GCA checks, and related validation methodologies.Deep understanding of advanced implementation and signoff concepts, including MMMC analysis, signal integrity, power integrity, extraction, and physical verification.Hands-on experience with Synopsys implementation and signoff tools such as Fusion Compiler, ICC2, PrimeTime, StarRC, ICV, VCLP, and Formality.Strong scripting and automation skills using TCL, Perl, Python, or similar languages.Proven track record leading and developing large engineering teams, with strong coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Who You Are
