**Software Development Engineer II - Amazon Leo Fulfillment Technology** Leverage your software development expertise to design and implement scalable components for Amazon Leo's Commerce Services and supply chain applications. This role offers a rare opportunity to work like a startup within Amazon on one of our most exciting new initiatives. You will partner with Amazon's supply chain, Trades, and Leo Commerce engineering teams to design and build the applications and services that power global supply chain operations for Amazon Leo - even in countries where Amazon does not currently operate. Your work will directly shape how customers around the world access and receive Leo's hardware, connecting them to our satellite network.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable software components across the full development lifecycle - scoping, architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance - for Leo's Commerce Services and supply chain applications.

The Leo Fulfillment Technology team builds the engineering solutions that enable global supply chain operations and deliver the best customer experience for shipping Amazon Leo's hardware - the gateway for customers to connect to the Leo satellite network.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
