You will join a collaborative team of 11 Talent Acquisition professionals based in Lithuania, supporting recruitment across Lithuania, Poland and the Nordic region. In this international environment, you will partner with business leaders across borders, build market expertise and help shape how we work through initiatives and process improvements.

 

What you will be doing

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in connecting the business with the right talent, combining stakeholder partnership, market insight and a strong candidate focus to enable effective hiring across countries and functions.

  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from clarifying hiring needs and defining attraction strategies to interviews, assessments and offer support

  • Advise and constructively challenge hiring managers, using market insight and recruitment expertise to clarify priorities and support sound hiring decisions

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and adapting your communication to different audiences

  • Contribute to talent pipeline development through close collaboration with sourcing team, employer branding activities and recruitment events

  • Ensure progress across active recruitment assignments while balancing priorities and keeping stakeholders aligned

  • Lead or take part in projects and process improvements, turning opportunities into practical solutions and following them through to completion

  •  

About you

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence and self-awareness to advise, influence and constructively challenge people at different levels of seniority

  • A strong sense of ownership and sound judgement, with a focus on quality and candidate experience

  • Excellent planning and coordination skills, with the ability to create structure, manage competing priorities and keep complex processes moving

  • A collaborative, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, changing business needs and different ways of working

  • Advanced English and Lithuanian language skills

  • Experience working in an international or matrix organization would be an advantage.

Monthly salary range: EUR 2,920 - 4,380 EUR gross, depending on your job-related competencies.
