**Senior Talent Network Associate:** Drive LogRocket's growth by building and nurturing our talent network. Key responsibilities include strategic sourcing, employer branding, and candidate relationship management. Minimum of 3 years' experience in tech sourcing or recruitment required. Proficient in Boolean logic, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Remote role, US-timezone or Boston-based. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and represent LogRocket's mission and culture. internships and co-op programs available.
