**Transactions & Investor Services Consultant (Stockholm) - Full-Time** Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex M&A, debt financing, and equity capital markets transactions. Utilize�strong financial acumen and industry knowledge to provide strategic advice to clients. Required: 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting, with a focus on transactions. Proficient in financial modeling, M&A analytics, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of capital markets, accounting standards (IFRS), and regulatory frameworks (MiFID, EMIR) is essential. Experience with deal platforms (e.g., Merger Centre, SEC Info) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) beneficial. Fluent in English and Swedish.
