We are partnering with a well-established ERP consulting organization seeking an experienced Acumatica Practice Leader to oversee and grow its Acumatica consulting practice. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, mentoring a growing team, strengthening client relationships, and shaping the future direction of the practice.

This is a fully remote position for candidates located within the United States. The individual must be available to work Pacific Time business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership
- Lead the overall strategy, growth, and day-to-day operations of the Acumatica practice.
- Establish operational goals, KPIs, and best practices that support long-term scalability.
- Develop initiatives to improve service delivery, consultant utilization, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the vision and direction of the ERP practice.
- Build a culture focused on accountability, mentorship, continuous improvement, and exceptional client service.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of ERP consultants, project managers, solution architects, and technical professionals.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Provide guidance through difficult conversations while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Allocate resources across multiple client engagements to maximize delivery success.
- Partner with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top ERP talent.
- Encourage ongoing certification, product training, and professional growth.
Client Success
- Serve as an executive sponsor for key client engagements.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients through strong communication and consultative leadership.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex projects, delivery challenges, and client concerns.
- Ensure implementations are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
- Continuously improve implementation methodologies and delivery standards.
Acumatica Expertise
- Maintain deep expertise across the Acumatica platform, including Financial Management, Distribution, CRM, Reporting, Automation, and the broader Acumatica ecosystem.
- Provide leadership around solution architecture, implementation strategy, and best practices.
- Stay informed on new Acumatica functionality, marketplace solutions, and industry trends.
- Experience supporting clients with eCommerce integrations or digital commerce initiatives is highly valued.
Business Development
- Partner with the sales organization during discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Assist with project scoping, estimating, Statements of Work, and resource planning.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional services and strategic consulting.
- Support practice growth while maintaining a high standard of client delivery.
Financial & Operational Management
- Monitor practice performance including utilization, project health, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Review project forecasts, staffing plans, budgets, and operational metrics.
- Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and delivery consistency.
- Ensure accurate reporting of project progress, resource allocation, and consulting performance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Acumatica ERP consulting, implementation, or solution architecture experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading ERP consulting teams or professional services organizations.
- Deep functional knowledge of Acumatica ERP and implementation best practices.
- Proven ability to mentor consultants and build high-performing teams.
- Strong client-facing communication and executive relationship management skills.
