We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Alts Ops Design and Delivery.

In this role you will:

• Support the design and implementation of operating models for new and existing Alternatives investment capabilities, products, and fund structures.
• Lead/support operational workstreams for new product launches and material changes to existing operating models.
• Perform end-to-end process design and mapping, identifying operational risks, controls, dependencies, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate across Investment, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and other relevant stakeholders to deliver operational solutions.
• Assess the operational impact and feasibility of new initiatives, including changes across countries, legal entities, and alternative asset classes.
• Support the selection, onboarding, and ongoing oversight of third-party service providers, including fund administrators, custodians, transfer agents, and other operational providers.
• Support operational due diligence and integration planning for new counterparties, platforms, service providers, and strategic initiatives. Drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and scalable operating practices across the global Alternatives business

To be successful you will need:

• Relevant experience within asset management/investment operations, preferably with exposure to Alternatives such as Private Markets, Hedge Funds, Real Assets and/or Private Credit.
• Good understanding of investment/fund operating models and the operational lifecycle of investment products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into practical operational solutions.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders across different locations.
• Experience working with outsourced service providers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders across different levels and functions.
