The Regional Advisor Enablement Associate / Vice President will support the delivery and execution of regional advisor development initiatives across Private Wealth Management. This role serves as a key connector between advisors, regional leadership, and Talent Strategy, helping ensure advisors are engaged in development opportunities, connected to relevant resources, and successfully integrated into the firm. The individual will coordinate regional training and programming, track participation and key advisor metrics, gather feedback from the field, and help identify opportunities to strengthen the advisor experience. The role is best suited for a highly organized, relationship-oriented professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving problems, and supporting advisor success at scale.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
  • Coordinate regional advisor training programs and development initiatives, including logistics, communications, attendance tracking, and stakeholder engagement
  • Support delivery of advisor programming, facilitating peer networking, best practice sharing, and ongoing development opportunities
  • Lead the regional onboarding and integration experience for new advisors, helping accelerate connectivity, engagement, and productivity
  • Track New Advisor participation, engagement, and development metrics, providing regular updates and identifying trends
  • Serve as a key point of contact for advisors, helping connect them to training, development, business management, and firm resources
  • Partner with Regional Heads, Business Unit Managers, and Talent Strategy to drive awareness and participation in development programming
  • Gather advisor feedback and field insights to identify opportunities for enhancement and elevate regional needs to leadership
  • Support execution of national development initiatives at the regional level, ensuring alignment with broader Talent Strategy priorities
  • Maintain regional program records, participation data, and resource materials to support consistent execution and reporting
  • Foster strong relationships across the advisor population and act as an advocate for advisor development and engagement
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Business Management, Talent Strategy, Learning & Development, Human Capital Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in advisor development, talent initiatives, and employee engagement
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to build credibility with advisors and business leaders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong project coordination and execution skills with a focus on follow-through and operational excellence
  • Comfortable working with data and dashboards to track participation, engagement, and performance trends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence without direct authority
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
