We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Business Manager II.

Principal responsibilities

  • Support third party onboarding, renewal, change, and exit activities.
  • Coordinate due diligence reviews across risk, compliance, legal, procurement, information security, privacy, resilience, and finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of third party engagements, contracts, risk assessments, approvals, issues, and remediation actions.
  • Track vendor risk ratings, service criticality, outsourcing classification, and required control evidence.
  • Follow up with business owners and vendors on missing documentation, overdue actions, and review outcomes.
  • Support periodic third party performance reviews, risk reassessments, and contract governance meetings.
  • Monitor third party obligations, service levels, audit findings, incidents, and risk events.
  • Assist with reporting on third party inventory, overdue reviews, open issues, high-risk vendors, and governance exceptions.
  • Ensure third party engagement processes comply with internal policies, standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Escalate material risks, overdue remediation, policy breaches, or incomplete approvals to management.
  • Contribute to process improvement, control enhancement, and standardization of third party management procedures.
  • Support internal audits, regulatory requests, and management reviews related to third party governance.

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably with banking or financial institutions experience, in risk management (technology risk and third party risk), compliance or audit area
  • Basic understanding of third party risk management, vendor governance, procurement, outsourcing, or operational risk.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment, control testing, audit evidence, issue tracking, and remediation follow-up.
  • Awareness of contract lifecycle concepts, service level management, and vendor performance monitoring.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as business teams, procurement, legal, compliance, cyber security, data privacy, and finance.
  • Experience maintaining trackers, dashboards, registers, or workflow records.
  • Financial services, technology, operations, or regulated-industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience in IT Procurement and project management would be advantageous
  • With knowledge of risk management, controls and processes is Preferred
  • Persistent, resilient, flexible and resourceful. Comfortable working in an agile, complex and dynamic environment
  • Good interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of management
  • A strong team player with can-do attitude and ability to balance working independently with limited supervision between working together as a team
  • Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
