Responsibilities / 岗位职责:

Assist with creative merchandise (swag) sourcing for global campaigns, proposing innovative product combinations across various themes.
协助全球周边项目的创意选品，能够提供多主题的创新搭配。
Support communication with vendors and designers, evaluate materials and production techniques, and follow up on sample development and production.
参与周边设计沟通、材质工艺评估及样品打样跟进。
Leverage AI tools to assist with data analysis, merchandise selection, cost estimation, and competitor merchandise benchmarking.
熟练使用 AI 工具辅助数据分析、选品分析、成本测算及竞品周边监测。
Consolidate merchandise requirements from different regions, track project progress, provide status updates, and assist with inventory management.
协助整理各地区周边需求，跟踪项目进度并及时反馈，同时协助库存管理。

Requirements / 岗位要求:

• Strong creativity in merchandise and gift curation, with the ability to quickly develop multiple well-thought-out product bundle ideas.
  礼品创意力强，能够快速提供多种合理搭配套组。
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  需具备中英文双语沟通能力，以便与海外合作伙伴及相关利益方进行高效协作。
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong execution skills.
  做事细心缜密，逻辑清晰，执行力强，能够高效推进多线并行任务。
• Strong aesthetic sense, with a good understanding of brand identity, market trends, and user preferences.
  审美良好，对品牌调性、流行趋势及用户偏好具有敏锐洞察力。
• Prior experience in merchandise production, promotional products, corporate gifts, or branded merchandise is preferred.
  有周边制作、品牌礼品或相关行业经验者优先。
