What you will be doing

As Business Analyst in our Customer Communication Management squad, you'll work within Shared Capabilities to build enterprise print and communication solutions. You'll collaborate with business units and IT teams to translate complex needs into clear outputs that deliver real value.

• Transform complex information into clear, structured insights for stakeholders
• Develop business cases that are compelling and focused on meaningful results
• Shape user stories and epics, coordinating development and testing processes
• Use Confluence and Jira to bring transparency and efficiency to work
• Clarify requirements by engaging stakeholders and asking the right questions
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with guidance from experienced colleagues
• Document processes, requirements and decisions in a structured way
• Contribute to identifying risks and improvement opportunities early

About you

• Previous experience in a Business Analyst role with strong problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented attitude with willingness to tackle tasks of any size
• Comfortable working with different stakeholders across teams
• Structured approach with strong interest in understanding business needs
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining curiosity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Consistently support Agile processes and maintain clear documentation

Experience with CCM platforms or QA/testing would be valuable, but we welcome candidates motivated to learn these areas.

Monthly salary range from 3040 EUR to 4560 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
