ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region. 

 

ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

 

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

 

The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

What role you will play in our team

  • Support Product Stewardship Risk Reviews for new and existing products and applications, ensuring timely completion of action items.
  • Act as an internal regulatory compliance expert and provide advice as and when necessary
  • Communicates product composition, properties, usage hazards, risk management measures, and regulatory compliance status to internal stakeholders.
  • Independently partners with internal business stakeholders to set priorities and act with urgency to address their requirements.
  • Introduces fresh perspectives on business engagement and demonstrates a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, environmental sciences, chemical engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with REACH, TSCA, and Asia Pacific chemical management regulations in various world areas
  • Previous product stewardship or regulatory compliance experience
  • Good command of English language (written and spoken) and computer literacy
  • Product knowledge from chemicals/ Lubricants/Oil & Gas industries as well as product stewardship experience would be beneficial
  • Ready to relocate to Bangalore/ Bengaluru (Morning shift) – Office based
  • 5-10% travel (domestic and international)

Preferred Skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications / Excel advanced skills/ SAP
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into informed insights
  • Good cross functional communication skills
  • Ability to work with people having different cultural backgrounds
