**Category Manager - Wireless, Wireless Accessories**: Lead business PnL, driving top-line growth via insight-driven strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders, analyze industry trends, and steer wireless accessories category. Excel required (3+ yrs), retail/program management background (5+ yrs), Bachelor's degree essential. Manage P&L, stakeholders, projects, and mechanisms.

We are looking for a Category Manager - Wireless to join our team and help us build one of the most exciting growth engines for Amazon -Wireless Accessories. The person will be responsible to lead the overall business PnL, drive top line growth through insight driven actions while working with various seller facing partner teams, develop an understanding of the industry and customer trends and have a vision for the future of the category that will translate into actions today.

Key job responsibilities
The Category Manager - Wireless should be adept at - 1) Navigating complex stakeholder relationships 2) Having a strong understanding of customer needs and translate them to Amazon input requirements across the flywheel. 3) Building strong relationships with top brands as well as an ability to identify emerging brands that can be enabled to fast growth 4) Diving deep into complex data across various customer facing inputs and coming up with insights for stakeholders and brands. 5) Independently owning projects and workstreams and driving them to closure.
Key job responsibilities 1) PnL Management 2) Stakeholder relationship management 3) Program and Project management 4) Ability to set and drive mechanisms

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of with Excel experience
- 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
- Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
