Responsibilities include:
  • Strategic Planning & Inventory: Apply integrated buyer planning skills to translate demand signals into global inventory strategies for direct materials (mold compound, Epoxy…). Balance working capital efficiency with supply assurance to support production ramp-ups and mitigate shortage. Think beyond day-to-day procurement. Anticipate future demand scenarios and develop strategic supply plans that secure supplier capacity and de-risk the supply chain.
  • Global Stakeholder Influence & Project Management: Lead cross-regional GPDC (Geopolitical Dependency) & Supply related qualifications. Use project management discipline to drive timelines, manage dependencies, and influence global stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes—from demand detection to PO execution. Identify inefficiencies, implement scalable solutions, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelors, Master degree in Supply Chain or related field
  • Proficient in writing English email and speaking. Daily call with stakeholders in English

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficiency in Planning, MRP systems and procurement tools and demand signals & supply planning fundamentals
  • Solid knowledge of direct material qualification process and end-to-end procurement process
  • Result-oriented with mature Project Management skill. Strong ownership to lead cross-function to deliver result on time
  • Understanding of business operations, demand signals, and supply planning fundamentals
  • Strong data analysis capability; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools is a plus
  • Sense of urgency and resilience for urgent muti-tasks
