We are looking for a highly experienced and independent professional to join our team at Level 4. This position is not focused on daily operational execution, instead, it plays a strategic role in driving process excellence, managing project impacts, and leading cross-functional coordination in alignment with regulatory requirements. In the scope of this position is also understanding the data of Clearstream’s clients, data structure and use of data among the different applications as well as data governance and maintenance. Part of the role coordination of projects of Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management section and projects impacting the section with stakeholders.
Your ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Process Expertise:
- Deeply understand the team’s operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and redesign as we well as potential gaps that could represent risks
- Act as a subject matter expert and a change agent, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality of our services
- Lead initiatives to implement new technologies in processes identified for improvements, digitization and automation; Proactively learn about new technologies
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of process changes
Project Management:
- Oversee and coordinate projects that impact Client Lifecycle Services team and Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management section, especially those involving Account Master and Kusta, our account maintenance applications
- Represent the team and lead project meetings, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of testing and implementation phases
- Identify and remove blockers, escalate issues, and ensure alignment with project governance
Reporting & Communication:
- Provide clear, structured, and timely updates to management on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans
- Prepare documentation and presentations to support decision-making and stakeholder alignment
- Effective communication and coordination with different stakeholders of our processes representing the team/section and pushes its agenda
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business analysis / expert position / project management, ideally in financial services or client lifecycle domains
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex processes, attention to detail, problem-solving skills
- Understanding of account administration systems and related operational processes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational and coordination skills
- High level of independence as well as ability to work in a team in a diverse international environment, manage complexity, and drive initiatives from concept to execution
- Can-do mindset, intellectual curiosity and interest in the capital markets
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, multi-tasking ability
- Practical understanding of European and local regulatory framework such as CSDR, GDPR, AML Directives, etc.
- Experience with tools such as SAP, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is a plus
- Fluency in English; German level B2 or higher is a plus
Additional Information
We have a standard workday of 8 hours, with flexible shift schedules ranging from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM to accommodate market demand (also during Public Holidays). On pre-defined dates (generally once a month), certain tasks require presence after end of day-time processing and require working until 10 PM.
Our shift schedules are agreed upon within the team, allowing for a collaborative and supportive work life balance.
