Job Duties: Associate, Project Management with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Support project leads in scoping, defining, and planning realistic yet aggressive delivery expectations and objectives with project stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility. Elicit requirements through workshop sessions, driving actionable functional specifications to build real-life systems and translate requirements into project deliverables and measures of success using both waterfall and agile methodologies. Understand strategic plans, business processes, and architecture, influencing design and developing solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing and support implementation, applying proactive risk mitigation practices. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, leveraging tools such as Confluence and JIRA, Tracking, reporting, and escalating issues to management as needed. Drive appropriate change management rigor across functional and technical workstreams, including issue/risk management, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. Prepare project-related materials for peer and senior audiences, communicating effectively with the appropriate level of detail.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years in the following: coordinating communication with senior leadership regarding ongoing initiatives, business requirements, and identified risks; preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project updates, requirements, and test scripts; collaborating with Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions supporting treasury functions; independently managing more than three (3) concurrent projects or workstreams, prioritizing deliverables, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced financial services environment; engaging with stakeholders to gather perspective, define issues, guide project activities, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle; and independently scoping and delivering projects on time and within budget, including defining scope, managing risks and constraints, updating status reports, and executing user acceptance testing.
