You will align advanced node requirements with our product roadmaps, ensuring that our integrated solutions stay ahead of industry trends and technology migrations. Mission Your mission is to explore and validate holistic solutions (scanner, metrology, process control) throughout each phase of node development. By leading the technical verification of on-product performance, you will validate the business case and accelerate customer adoption of sustainable ASML portfolios, ensuring the long-term success of our technology trajectory. Responsibilities Node Transition Project (NTP) : Lead project execution, resource allocation, and risk mitigation Technical Leadership : Synthesize engineering inputs to pivot project direction Customer Alignment : Translate requirements into project deliverables Stakeholder Management : Leverage interests to drive priorities Product Value : Partner with business teams to drive customer adoption Business Development : Turn business opportunities into actionable plans Requirements Experience : 5+ years in semiconductors, ideally with process control expertise Leadership : Proven track record in complex project or team management Communication : Fluent English skills with ability to navigate technical dialogue Assertiveness : Decisive leadership with the resilience to navigate project deliverables Professional Skills : Ability to translate deep technical insights into executive summary This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
