This role requires hands-on EHS experience, strong analytical capability, and effective communication skills in both English and Chinese. The position works closely with EHS managers, senior experts, and site team leaders to implement EHS programs and resolve operational challenges. Key Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and improve EHS programs, policies, and procedures at customer (semiconductor) sites Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer-specific EHS expectations Identify, analyze, and resolve EHS-related issues across multiple processes with moderate complexity Conduct incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions Interpret EHS procedures and apply them effectively to real-world situations Provide professional EHS guidance based on company standards and industry best practices Prepare clear and well-structured EHS reports, including incident reports, risk assessments, and audit findings Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and site leadership) to address EHS concerns Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives Assist in coordination of EHS-related meetings, training sessions, and stakeholder communication Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field Minimum 2–5 years of EHS experience, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments Strong understanding of EHS regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation processes Proven ability to analyze data, identify issues, and deliver practical solutions Strong report writing and documentation skills (e.g., incident reports, risk assessments, audit reports) Fluent in English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to safety excellence Preferred Qualifications Experience working at semiconductor fabs or supporting customer sites Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other EHS management systems Experience in contractor safety management or site service operations About the Team The CS EHS organization is dedicated to supporting safe and healthy operations at customer sites.
